It depends on how often you use your SilkPedi Pro 3.0 and how thick your callus is.

For most customers who use it 1–2 times per week, we recommend replacing the roller every 2–3 months, or whenever:

• The surface starts to feel smooth or shiny instead of gritty
  
• You notice it’s taking longer to remove the same amount of hard skin
  

Fresh rollers work faster and feel gentler because you don’t need to press as hard.

SilkPedi Pro 3.0 is designed to be gentler than blades or harsh chemical peels, with two speeds so you can start on the lowest setting and go slowly on sensitive areas.

However, if you have diabetes, poor circulation, neuropathy, or any medical foot condition, you should talk to your doctor or podiatrist before using any foot device.

General guidelines:

• Use only on intact skin – never on open cuts, bleeding cracks or infections
  
• Start with short sessions on low speed
  
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, strong irritation or unusual redness
  

SilkPedi Pro 3.0 is a cosmetic device, not a medical treatment.

A full charge typically gives you up to 100 minutes of cordless use. For most people that equals:

• Around 10–15 full sessions (both heels) on one charge

The textured roller and high-torque motor target the rigid callus rim that builds up around the heel and causes cracks. For very thick or long-ignored callus, you’ll usually get the best results by:

• Working in short sessions (5–10 minutes)
  
• Focusing on the hard rim around the edge, not just the middle
  
• Using it once or twice a week instead of trying to remove everything in one go
  

Avoid using it directly on open, bleeding cracks – let those heal first, and if in doubt, ask a medical professional.

We recommend using SilkPedi Pro 3.0 on clean, dry or slightly damp skin, not under running water.

You can:

• Lightly soak or wash your feet first, then dry them well
  
• Rinse the roller head carefully under water after use (then let it dry completely before storing)
  

To protect the motor and keep your warranty valid, don’t use it submerged in water or directly under the shower.
